Corporate Church Tithing

Currently our most important and significant corporate church outreach program is through IBCB’s tithing. As a church we give 10% of our gross receipts from giving to other Christian organizations, primarily in Hungary. For the past few years we have been supporting the organizations listed on this page.  


In addition, at the Congregational level, we undertake various community outreach events about which more can be found here. 

  • Parent Umbrella Church - Hungarian Baptist Union

    The Hungarian Baptist Union is a member of the European Baptist Federation, the Baptist World Alliance, and the World Council of Churches. According to the  Baptist World Alliance statistics, membership included 11,512 believers in 309 congregations. Headquarters of the Union are maintained in Budapest. Its affiliated ministries include Hungarian Baptist Aid whom we also support.

  • Parent Planting Church - International Baptist Convention

    The International Baptist Convention (IBC) is a fellowship of 62 churches in 24 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. Its mission is to mobilize and multiply disciple-making churches, reaching people from around the globe for Christ. Its core strategies for this are: Multiplying Churches, Strengthening Churches, Empowering Leaders, Building Connections, and Developing Resources.   

  • Christian Charity - Hungarian Baptist Aid

    Hungarian Baptist Aid provides regular relief assistance by providing physical humanitarian aid as well as emotional and psychological support. It implements these programs in 18 countries around the world for needy and socially marginalized people in order to ease their difficult situation and give them a chance to have a more humane life


    HBAid's purpose is to meet the emotional, psychological and physical needs of the destitute whether this is on an occasional or regular basis, within or outside Hungary, regardless of the person's origin, nationality, religion, or race.

  • Partnering Christian School  - Word of Life Institute

    Word of Life Bible Institute of Hungary is a two-year institute that equips 50-60 college students a year to develop a strong biblical foundation so that they can serve Christ. Word of Life has six campuses located in the United States, Canada, South Korea, Uganda and Hungary. It faithfully sends 4-5 student leaders every Sunday to minister with our Kingdom Kids Classes (K-5th grade) and another 3 to mentor our God Squad Youth Group.

  • Christian Charity - Névtelen Utak (Servants Anonymous affiliate)

    Anonymous Ways Foundation in Hungary initiates the development of programs and services for young women between the ages of 16 and 29 who have been, or are at risk of becoming sexually exploited and/or trafficked.


    Anonymous Ways Foundation is one of few organizations internationally that offers a comprehensive and uniquely designed long-term recovery program for these young women, including those that are pregnant and/or have children.
